Zoids
Original (ゾイドオリジナル) was a model line consisting of four
recoloured NJR model kits with additional parts. The line began in 2013
to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Zoids franchise, and was
mainly sold online through the Takara Tomy Mall website. Supporting
material consisted of the manga Zoids SS
(serialised in Dengeki Hobby Magazine and later published in book
form), short web stories roughly matching the Zoids SS plot,
and two short CG animations created by Zoids fan anomarokarintou.
